The search for a unit to store our stuff starts out rocky the first few places I cold called weren't going to have a unit available for weeks in the amount of space we required. Prime self storage came up as a place with the size unit I needed plus the offer states first month is free. So filled out lease agreement online and made my first load of stuff to this clean and quite facility the very next day. Staff was friendly and helpful and not nosey and informative. A storage I've rented years ago I remember the on site manager always in our business and seemed to be watching our every movement as if watching was his source of creepy entertainment. He had something to say about something we shouldn't do every time we paid the rent in the office. Prine storage offers contactless contracts and lease payment options which I am a fan of. I'm too busy to meet and greet everyone for every little necessity like paying for rent services etc. I don't care how your days going and prefer to not have an opinion on the weather today just allow me to have my privacy and conduct my business without unsolicited interactions. Clean and quite without micromanagement. 👌

- When I went to do online check-in I was told to call the corporate number as it could not be completed. I was told it was canceled and that someone at the facility had called me several times but my voicemail was full and it was cancelled as a result. This was incorrect. I informed them I had no missed calls and my voicemail was not full. When I went to the facility the manager Freda said that they had no record of a reservation canceled or otherwise. She then helped me upgrade to a larger storage unit and was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions.

- The employees are helpful but they only have 1 flat cart so you have to ask to use it & leave your license to drive in order to use it. That can be time consuming & a hassle. For me, every time I go there, all the units around mine are rented by people involved in gang stalking, so I can NEVER go to my storage unit without other people showing up at the same time to put something into or take something out of their storage. They will block my way so I have to ask them to move. Or they make a bunch of noise the way gang stalkers constantly do. Or they'll just hang around their unit forever. I admit that sometimes I'll use the locked gates as a way to escape all the weirdos involved in the harassment, but I didn't choose the location carefully enough and so they can make a ton of noise from outside the gate. Plus, it's pretty far away from any freeways so I can't just pop in and pop out. It will do for now. The price was low & I just needed things out of my way right now. So, it isn't as quiet as I had hoped for but they're not in control of that. And it's not as private as it should be & I have no idea what to make of that? There is only 1 gate to get out and I guess that is for security? But when you have weirdos blocking the way, only 1 way out makes me a little cautious and watchful. But the place is spotless. No camera in my hallway so the freaks will break into my unit eventually even though there is nothing worth taking. Just for laughs. You know? Cuz that sort of thing is fun when you have a tiny brain like gang stalkers do.
