The facility itself was clean and nice and the manager from the Temecula store was apologetic and worked fast to help us after our long wait in the U-Haul

- When I went to do online check-in I was told to call the corporate number as it could not be completed. I was told it was canceled and that someone at the facility had called me several times but my voicemail was full and it was cancelled as a result. This was incorrect. I informed them I had no missed calls and my voicemail was not full. When I went to the facility the manager Freda said that they had no record of a reservation canceled or otherwise. She then helped me upgrade to a larger storage unit and was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions.

- The whole experience was really great, and I'm not just saying that either. I was first quoted a price over the phone, but when I actually arrived at Sun City Mini, not only was the staff wonderful and freely broke the whole storing process down to me in simple terms but, the price was much, much lower than my over the phone quote, now that was a big surprise. When does that ever happen? I use to say never clearly I can't say that anymore. So, yes, I honestly had a pleasant experience, plus the unit was tall and clean. Great place.
