- (StaxUp in Sun City, CA) Apparently the management company does not filter out incompetency and/or not pay them well. Three times I was inside waiting - both over 1/2 hour, and since they're also a U-Haul, there's lots of foot traffic. They must not be trained on how to handle multiple customers (let alone acknowledge you're waiting 20-30 minutes). Second, the staff seems poorly trained, and heard WAY too much about their personal life than I cared to know. I ended up not having my code work, because the staff not thinking to hit the "Activate" button. After driving 3 hours and out a tank of gas, I returned the next morning with my load. The only thing the manager could do was to ask me if that was it?!! If it was my business, I would have deeply apologized, as well as erased the current month's costs. Really??? Highly disappointed. Two family members need storage. I won't be recommending them. They will also lose my business. I will be moving to a competitor. Huge inconvenience, but this facility doesn't deserve to take more of my money if they are incompetent. They're only blocks from several other storage companies, so please be aware. If you need to get things done professionally, and done right the first time, this isn't the place for you. I hope upper management takes note of this disaster of a 'team'.
