- It is time consuming when you need a cart to move your stuff and you have to walk to the front to register then get keys to the cart before rolling the cart all the way to the back. There should be carts at the back to use as well as the front. When you plan to spend an hour you spend half the time walking around to get carts when you can use less that time if carts were made available at the back with the same process picking the keys at the front desk.

- Nice facility. Troubled with all the pesky rules and penalties seemed to trip up customers. I mean, no garbage cans, but will levy $500 for littering? That is disturbing. Minimal insurance pricing by unit size instead of customer's decided value of the insured also seems grabby to me. This is the one I find the most troubling. Must use the mobile app to access the facility and by extension my unit. What if there is a dysfunction in communication or connectivity issues or a simple device defect or loss, then no access?
