The layout of the property is close to one of the principal streets in the area, making for easy to and from travel. - I made the reservation online for my Second storage unit. The quote online for this second unit was $1 for storage plus $24 admin fee for the first month. $135 per month there after, on a month by month basis. When I arrived at the office, to complete the paperwork, I was told that the $1 for first month did not apply to me because I was already a customer. This is not the way to treat a well established customer of 13 years. Especially since my current unit rate increases $25 per month on my annual anniversary. Also, I disagree about the admin fee when I did the paperwork on my computer before I went to the office. Richard Ingles.
