David from the office followed up with a courtesy call to ensure us that the unit was ready and he was available to assist with set up of the Extra Storage app for easy access. He also escorted me to our unit and showed where to find the handcarts. Plus, we were able to purchase more boxes. The location was close and convenient for us. Thank you, Extra Space Storage!

- The price was great and he employees were helpful.it's safe and clean. but access hours are only from 9:30 to 6:00 and then they make you leave at 6:00. they hunt you down find you and make you leave so they can leave. I'm used to a storage place where someone who works there doesn't even have to be there. I realize they probably close early right now because of covid-19. though that doesn't make sense for a lot of places. It just crams everyone in the same place at the same time which is more unhealthy. Instead of expanding hours so they can spread out the people more.But anyway 6:00 is way too early to make people leave there storage unit.

- The storages are old ,dusty, during the summer ants infestation. Roof leak. And all the prices listed are High for old beat-up inits without any climate control and no electricity. Do expect prices increases around 20% up to 100%. I received a postcard on 2/4 in shortest month that effectively 3/01 my rent will be 41% increased. Thats 24 days actually. District Manager claims unless i stayed next mo credit otherwise she could not do anything . New manager is sarcastic , egotistical.. not helpful only a front at the beginning. Gate hours 7pm .. the only upgrades their office. expect the worse treatment once you are a customer. .DONﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢T RECOMEND !!!!
