- The first night I went to store my stuff , the entrance gate failed and stayed open.
Also, there is a door latch (roll up door ) that if you open the door too fast it will get stuck open . I had to push hard the detent to get the door to close . Other than that . I like the place. I almost forgot , you do not sell heavy duty cardboard boxes . The ones I bought in your place are suck , not strong enough. That is all I got .

It is easy to access, the place is not so huge that you have to walk down long, scary, dark hallways for what seems like miles before you get to your unit. Had put it in wrong at one point and person behind me then put in thir code and it ended up not going to oit floor and we had to go down and start again.
