- Friendly service but didn't like that insurance on my unit is required! Also, half of my unit is at half height so I'm losing a lot of storage capacity and have to kneel down to access the back half of my unit. You can see this wasn't how the unit was initially built. It was reconfigured, most likely to increase the amount of lockers they can rent out.
