I had to wait about fifteen minutes for the staff to go through camera footage as someone's wife's car was hit unrelated to the storage facility.It was not an emergency and I felt a paying customer should be helped first. Nice the staff helped out the random individual. But I needed to get my stuff moved in and felt random guy could wait. Staff was so curt and cold that I felt uncomfortable. I do not expect storage staff to be comedians but just so, so unfriendly and icy...unit was clean.

- I’ve been with life storage for a few years was convinced that I could get a better price if I moved two of my storage units into one larger unit, which worked out great for seven months until the rug was pulled out from under me, and my price was raised by $75.I was never notified of the increase stumbled upon it when I went to pay no explanation why it went up so drastically I will be looking for a new storage facility. I had Referred friends that also have units. Their price went up as well. We are in the process of securing another facility. Unfortunately loyalty and longevity with this company means nothing.
