- I had an emergency storage situation and they came through for me! I had to rent a storage that day, it was Veterans Day of all days. I had called everywhere in el dorado county from pollock pines to cameron park, No one answered the phone let alone called me back, except for Dillon. He even stayed late past his quitting time to meet me and give me the keys. Straightforward rental agreement, very clean units in a comfortable setting. - There is a main office on the "basement" floor near Park Dr. and Arnold Dr. They have two garages to deposit any items (must be rear parked and opening requires keypad code). They also have a "first floor entrance" too that is behind Safeway. Access hours are good at 6 am- 10 pm. You will need to present proof of insurance otherwise they will tack on additional charges. They will correct if you show them within the first week. Move outs have to be announced 3-4 days prior.
