- Both customer service representatives were helpful and kind. The check-in process was easy; half was done over the phone to hold the unit for a few days, and the rest was done online. Very convenient. The facility is huge and immaculate. Since it is a 3-story building, I didn't think to ask for a unit, knowing that heat rises naturally, even in a temperature-controlled environment. Since I only store priceless family pictures for the summer, I requested that they be changed to the next available lower floor unit. I have to say that I appreciate the communication and concern of the property managers in keeping me on the list for an available lower-floor unit. They showed concern and care, and I understand that.

Park in front of other storage lockers and it's on a slant, 2 ways. In skiing we call it a double fall line, if you know. Carts are rolling! Ladies make sure you have help for the upper floor!

- I had an emergency storage situation and they came through for me! I had to rent a storage that day, it was Veterans Day of all days. I had called everywhere in el dorado county from pollock pines to cameron park, No one answered the phone let alone called me back, except for Dillon. He even stayed late past his quitting time to meet me and give me the keys. Straightforward rental agreement, very clean units in a comfortable setting. Every unit is easily accessible and they even have a light in every unit. Thank you Park Anytime Storage for saving the day!!
