- We rented a unit and within 1 day it had been broken into and items from the adjacent units stolen/vandalized. Fortunately we had not placed our items I storage yet. Security at the site was insufficient to allow that to happen. Anyone could break through the adjoining walls between units. While the local staff were great, we found ourselves needing to locate an alternate storage facility with little time as there were none available at other Public Storage facilities. A very disappointing experience. I am still waiting on a refund of my application and rental fee.

- I made my reservation on-line and received a follow up call promptly with an invitation to visit the property from Kody. When I got there Arlene took me through the process and I was a happy camper. You do have to replace your light bulbs more frequently. Since you can't have any within the unit we rely heavily on the light in the hallway.
