I chose contactless move-in and was able to access everything very easily (emailed directions were clear and employees were available for questions). Move-in was quick and efficient. All my calls were answered before move-in and staff offered me better pricing (when they noticed I had missed a current deal). I would recommend this facility!

- I just rented a 5' x 10' unit here at this facility. The price was great not to mention how impressed I was with the cleanliness thought the whole facility. Of course in in person inguiery customer service was great. But when I went in the office to let them know my entry code did not work mind you in person. I was ignored for 45 minutes and was talked to very rudely like it was my fault the code didn't work. I am very experienced in renting units with Public Storage and have not experienced such rudeness. I was told to try the code again knowing I did several times. When I tried to go back in the door was looked and the women there would not let me in. When I called there was no answer mind you I had two car vehicles fully loaded and was not able to access my unit. And yes I left early from work so I was there in plenty of time before they closed. I suggest if your interested in renting from this facility you just have to chose your battles. To be honest I will not rent or recommend this facility to anyone I know ever. I was so disappointed especially since I thought I found an amazing facility.

- The customer service here is above and beyond. We had the pleasure of having Michelle help us. She asked us what we planned to store and she helped us make the most informed decision possible. Renting was a breeze and Michelle was really great with explaining all of the costs. As we were in the middle of moving our stuff we noticed that we may need a slightly larger unit and Michelle was more than willing to help us find the most cost effective decision. We really appreciate Michelle and her excellent customer service. Definitely will recommend others here as log as Michelle works there.
