- I found this facility online and was then able to reserve everything and complete the paperwork all online, too. Very smooth! I was then issued a mobile app to track my account, along with an access code for the unit, which was clean and ready for me when I got there. Awesome! To top it off, the onsite manager, Josh, couldn't have been nicer. This is my first time using self storage and he took the time to show me the ropes and get me settled into a great unit. So far, this place has been great and I couldn't recommend it more!

- First off I was going to go to self storage in San leandro, but since my mother whom lives in Sacramento, Ca has rented at Public Storage before and has said nothing but good things about the place I decide to rent a space there. The Public Storage in Casto Valley I visited had great customer service I was able to get in and out without no problem. I also notice how well trained the manager is. She was able to help me and help two other people at one time. It's very appreciative because not even at a grocery store I recieve the type of courtesy I was given. Michelle H. thoroughly explain ever document I was signing and make sure I was satisfied with the space I am renting. Thanks Public Storage!!

- I needed a storage unit, and this was one of the best prices for a climate-controlled unit in the area. Great highway access, easy in and out. Clean, dry facility. Staff called within 10 minutes of online purchase to confirm move-in details. Lock was waiting when I arrived, and they use the more secure cylindrical locking style that are harder to cut/break. Good value.
