- Booked this place through SpareFoot having never visited the site. My first impression was not amazing as they were incredibly short staffed and didn’t allow us to move in; to be fair it was a day before our reservation, so I couldn’t be too mad. When we returned she apologized, explained the staffing situation, and told us she was basically the only person overseeing both sites in the city. Other than that, the entire move in process went very smoothly and there were no other problems.
