- Got an email at 6 AM stating my storage was ready, but when I got to the Storage the guy said my unit had be cancelled last week. After about 45 mins of going back and forth and showing the email he finally just gave me a storage. The worst part is that I had hired movers that I was paying by the hour, I had to pay an extra hour for all the stand by time!

She made me feel like my business was important to her and she treated me like family. - I rented a 10x20 unit and I had to be moved out of my place in two days or the sheriff is coming to kick us out. So I asked the girl in the office if there was any way possible I could get 24 hour access for 2- days so I could get all my stuff out and into storage. She told me she would talk to the manager and let me know by calling me. Well they told me no and I never got the phone call. She sent me a Email that corparate said no.
