- Remember that scene from the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark? Where the camera pulls back to reveal an endless warehouse? This is kind of the feeling you get when you drive in to this place. My unit was on the 2nd floor, and they could drive the truck UP THE RAMP RIGHT INSIDE. And this wasn't an Econoline van either. This was a huge moving truck. To get to my stuff in the future, I can just drive my car up there too. This baffles me, as the last storage unit I had was back in NYC, where you had to park your car at a loading dock (which you usually had to wait for), grab a broken-down old dolly, take a creaky old freight elevator down 2 levels and navigate a tight maze of insanity to your filthy locker which was riddles with mouse poop. This is the exact opposite of that. I honestly can't wait to go back. I don't know what's wrong with me. Only qualm: my security code to open the gate didn't work immediately. So on exit, I had to use the temporary code that was given to me at the desk.

I had some complications with trying to get a larger unit. This was on my end though, and she made it much easier. Overall her service was fantastic, she's definitely good at what she does.
