- Pulled up to the place and was impressed with the incredible new facility. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was terrible. Their rep was new (said heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d been there 5 months) and was left without any supervision or support. He answered my questions as best as he could but it was obvious he had not been properly trained on features and promotions of the place. He proceeded to list off a bunch of hidden fees to which I contested and made him hold me to what my reservation said I would owe. My unit was on the first floor towards the front and I passed 2 roaches on the way to my door. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not planning on keeping my stuff here very long.

- I like how this storage facility is hidden away in a small cul-de-sac. It is quiet and easy to access. It is gated and the units inside are well maintained and clean. There is a good sized elevator so you can make less trips up and down. One downside is there are no lights inside the unit I am renting but the lights in the hallway are adequate enough, it's more like a cloudy day than being too dark to see.
