- Moving is stressful enough, however when you put your 1,600 sq.ft. house in storage and you realize you have to much for the unit you already rented panic set it. I called the fabulous Heather and said I need another space and it's now 3:00 in the afternoon and she said we take our last reservation at 4:30 you start driving the 75 miles in your U-Haul. Of course traffic is heavy and you are hoping you get there in time and I did. When I walked in Trent was figuring out the best situation for me. I needed to be inside, heated and had a 2nd floor originally set-up. Trent not only got me into a 10x30 first floor heated, he worked out all the details so efficiently and quickly I couldn't be happier. Heather and Trent went the extra mile to help me get set-up, give me the best possible price (saved me money) and I'm on the first floor. That was the best, not having to go up the elevator I would have still be there. I've been there now several times at different times of the day, I always feel safe and secure. It's 2 miles for me to drive there from my new place. Couldn't be happier. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough, I'm grateful.

Sue- the woman who helped me, was very courteous and helpful, even at the end of her long day at work, as I'd squeaked in to set up the rental agreement just before closing time for their office. Storage facility is neat and tidy, spacious and well lit. I gave 4.5 stars bc I have nothing to compare it to. The access is not 24hr, but I kind of like that, and obviously would expect to pay more for 24hr access.
