- Peter (on the phone). Linda and Bob - the employees who I've met at the U Village Public Storage are incredibly nice and professional individuals. Them, and the unit I rented out (I got the 10'x30') have taken me by surprise so yep...totally recommend.

- I'm very happy with the support, care and customer sensitive service I have received at this facility. Despite the intrusion of the city's road construction project, onto the property in recent years, I have been a customer here for well over ten years. A major factor in my extended stay is the office staff who continue to be professional, willing to listen and sensitive to the needs of the renters.

- Angie worked day in and day out to protect the Woodinville Public Storage while the gate was being repaired. I never witnessed her "stressing out" rather, Angie's professionalism, Hard working ethic and sensitivity shined bright. I will recommend the Woodinville location to anyone who asks me. I would like to mention that a person named Jason, apparently from upper management has proven to me that the Public Storage Corp. Cares about every facet of customer service. Thanks again Angie and thank you to Jason! The man who is behind the sometimes frustrating phone system.??

- The facilities storage units are fine. It is the welcome and the thoroughness of the woman who greeted me when I first showed up that was the most impressive. I don't recall her name, but she was prepared and friendly. Not what I've experienced with other storage facilities.

- I'm a new renter at Public Storage. The employees are the bright spots in this company. Especially Katie and Justin. It was Katie's seeming concern for my needs and my budget, above her desire to make a sale that brought me back to Public Storage. Employees that look out for the customer are who I want to do business with. Justin was courteous and efficient. I came in with only 10 minutes to get things done. Justin had me in and out in 9. My only complaints are: Hours of access Confusing numbering of units and Location- it's very difficult to get in and out of this location.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Redmond, Washington is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout Washington, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Redmond, Washington.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.
Are there free storage deals in Redmond, Washington?
Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.
How do I find the cheapest storage in Redmond?
You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
