- Set a move-in date. Loaded up my car and got to facility 1/2 hour after their stated morning office hours. When I arrived no one was there and sign said they were at the other location. When I arrived there,there were other people also trying to track someone down. No one was in that office either. I called the office number several times, leaving messages; nothing. I called the 888#, spoke to Danny who was as helpful as he could be; said someone would be there in 20 minutes. I gave them :30 and still no one showed. Waited more than 45 minutes. Also the box at gate says dial # for office but that too was useless. 3 hours later I was hearing from them. I would NOT recommend this place
