I got lost on the way there I called and Marc gave me directions and waited outside for me .I was shown the size of the unit , how to use the code to get in , the hours , the carts and where to park . - I didn’t even have to do anything in person, we did everything online and my storage unit was waiting for me with the key/lock when I brought my stuff there! They gave me the gate code as well, so I got there after office hours and I was able to get in and unload my stuff without having to deal with going in person ahead of time to set everything up.
