- Thought we had found the perfect facility after days of research however the unit was booked for the second floor and the elevator was out‼️ Someone could have mentioned that upon booking. Carrying metal shelving units and tool chests up 2 flights of stairs was beyond inconvenient. And for all the boxes my wagon was no help getting up the stairs.

- The front desk was extremely helpful when I checked in and provided a map to the secondary facility where my storage location would be found. However, within that facility, there was no map to indicate where my specific outdoor space was located. I found myself driving around looking at numbered signs that seemed somewhat random in the numbering order! It wasn't until I could see the smaller text indicating the specific SIZE of each space that I could narrow down my search to the 12x15 units and find my assigned space there. A bit frustrating, but otherwise what I expected.

- I am a student at UNT left in the 1 month purgatory that is the apartment market in August. I had secured a smaller unit in Denton(one of the only ones I could find) but quickly ran out of space & options. After a quick google search, I found this place and reserved a unit. I was in first thing in the morning & had everything moved over in no time. You will need to purchase a insurance and a lock at the counter (I’ve never seen these types of locks before) before you move in, but if you’re looking for a clean, safe place to stash your stuff, look no further!
