- Not the best start. I had an appointment at 10:30 Oct. 25. I was there on time with a truck load of stuff to store. The office was closed. I later found out that the manager had taken the day off and recommended l go to another Public Storage (PS) facility. I did. But that office was closed to. We called PS # and completed the on line register and got the unit # and access code. Went back to Watagua. Unit 422 was dirty but we loaded our stuff but the latch did not work. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lock the unit. Called PS. They gave us unit 421. We moved our stuff into it and locked the unit. We were charged for two units plus two admin and lock fees. Working on refunds now. The very very nice lady at the PS facility on Beach Str and N Tarrant Parkway was so helpful and facilitating. She helped reduce the anxiety. We want to thank her. All is good now.
