- We had a reservation and asked the woman working to help us after waiting 15- 20 minutes up front. She saw us pull in and waiting and she still did nothing. She said “I’ll be up there when I’m done” with an attitude. We waited another 10 minutes and she still didn’t come up there. I came back and she was slowly sweeping. I told her she had the worst customer service and to let us out. Never again will I use this facility. Hire better staff. Don’t try to make it better you already lost a potential customer.
