A discount was given to rent the unit, which was excellent. There is easy access to the unit. It's a brand new facility, so it was very clean. - I was struggling to find the address and called them in advance to see if they were open. By chance it so happened the staff was still working so I drove up with my Penske truck full of stuff and one of the staff memebers came out and greeted me and took my SpareFoot reservation like if it was during normal business hours. No fuss or negative vibes from the staff, I was even taken on a tour on their golf cart despite it being locked up for the day. I felt very comfortable and pleased with the service I received
