- I rented this unit for my daughter who is in college. Overall experience was great. The only reason I rated 4 stars on the price is because I feel that the insurance rate is high. I pay $6 a month for a 10x20 unit at another storage location and here I'm paying $14 a month for a 5x5. Other than that, customer service was great! The unit was easy to access, very clean, I feel that the building is well secured and her things are safe.

- I put an order in online, and the the on site manager called and confirm and got an appointment ready for me to see the unit. Once I arrived, I showed my renters insurance and we signed the paperwork and done in a few minutes. She walked me to my unit, I realized that my unit would be too small for an easy move and she upgraded me to the next larger unit for free, AND I got to keep the first month free offer!!! Cha Ching Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m saving money in midtown Nashville!
