- Had problems with reservations. Travel from out of town and expected everything to be in order for the move-in. The facility mgr (Mike) finally worked everything out and we moved-in just before the rain started. it took about 45 - 1 hr to get everything corrected.

- I would be very leery of using this location. We used them last summer to store my grandson's dorm furniture for the summer between semesters. They were great to worked with, it was a great experience, so of course we went back this year. I am not sure if they are under different management but it was a totally different experience. I went on line, several weeks in advance, to reserve the unit. I receive an email confirmation securing the size unit I needed and a complete breakdown of the monthly rent and one time administration fee need at the time of rental. When we arrived on site the morning of move in they requested a higher than stated admin fee. I showed them the confirmation I had received, only to be told " the website is run by a different company", and "we do not honor rates listed there". They did not honor the monthly rate promised when I reserved the unit on line because we reserved the unit in April and this was May. Yes the reservation was made in April but the dates requested started in May. The confirmation we received stated the move in date was May 5th. We had no choice but pay the inflated fees, because we needed to move in that day. We left and went to the campus to move my grandson out of his dorm, which took a couple of hours. When we returned to the facility we realized the elevator was out of service, yet they had rented us a second floor unit. I went back to the office to inquire about the elevator and was told it had been out of order for a couple of days, they were waiting for the service people, hopefully the next day. We live two hours away from the school and had already moved out of the dorm. We had no choice but to carry everything up two flights of stair, refrigerator and furniture and boxes. The whole situation let a lot to be desired, personnel attitude was totally unprofessional and un called for. My grandson has two more years in school, we will be looking for a different location / business to use in the future.
