- I was in need of a smaller storage unit. When researching, I came across a website that listed all of the storage facilities by distance. The site listed any promos and estimated monthly cost. This was the only place that carried a 5x7 unit. The first month being free was a little misleading. The charges were prorated from the date I moved in to the end of the month. In order to get a full month for free, the move in date MUST be the first. Anything after receives prorated charges. The fine print states the unit is billed from the 1st to last day of month. I feel like the verbiage is gray and could be better explained. Overall, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m grateful and very happy that I found this storage facility!
