- We had to move unexpectedly and I reserved the unit online. The next day, my husband showed up but the paperwork hadn't been signed. The woman making the office called (I was at work) and since I was the one to make the reservation I was the one needed to sign. She was super helpful, patient, and just all around kind. She fixed it where I could do everything over the phone and through email and then walked my husband and son through everything they would need to get started. I still wish I had gotten her name but be took much of the stress out of a stressful situation

- I moved in on a Saturday and spoke with the attendant prior to moving in on the phone and he assured me he would be in the office and was not. I found this disconcerting. Also my Unit has openings to the outside and spider eggs inside.Concerning.Will see how this goes.
