- I found that the web site was user friendly and I easily reserved my Storage spot with my designated Size. The following day Wesley the manger called me and left me a voice mail. I then went into the Storage facility and Wesley was thorough and patient as he explained the process to me. He also showed me the unit via his golf cart and in fact showed me additional units based on my interest and size needed. I felt that Wesley exemplified excellent Customer Service and went out of his way to assist me in making my decision.

- Office personnel were lovely to work with in person . The on line document manager did not complete the paperwork properly, so I did have to go in person ahead of the move. The unit was clean when I moved in however the door was bent and the latch took a lot of manipulation to get the door closed. I would recommend more wholeheartedly if the mentioned items were remedied .
