Furthermore, Jason was extremely helpful with a ton of information regarding pricing, operations, and scheduling, and went above and beyond his job to even provide me with his personal straps to secure one of my (pickup truck) loads when removing items from my storage (as my load was not close to being safe without a strap). Recognizing my hands were full, he would remotely open facility entry doors for me to allow my transitions to become easier and faster. Also, when I informed Jason of being pressed for time in removing my items before the next monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment deadline, he worked his magic to allow me an extra day to move my stuff and not get stuck with another monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s bill. Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told this when I paid for unit. Paid on time every month. They more than doubled my rate. And no, it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a promotion that ended. Was paying $50 a month. It went up to $105 a month. That is a RIDICULOUS price increase and too much for a small storage room!
