Appointment made that same afternoon to go in and look at the unit size I had requested in the climate controlled building. Supplies are onsite if needed for moving. Facility was clean and conveniently located to my home. Whole process was less than three hours; and, that included time for errands I had to do. Very pleased and would recommend facility.
