My only complaint is the step at the entrance to the building makes it difficult for me to get the loaded cart in building.

- We rented a unit and after putting a load in, found out that the latch didn't actually latch so it couldn't be locked. I called Customer Service and she immediately switched me to a new unit. As much as I didn't want to have to move everything we had just put in there, the timeliness of fixing the issue was amazing.
