- The staff here is super friendly, local, long-time owners. The facility is all drive-up and has been there a while but has been updated with new doors and locks. You end up buying the lock and supplemental renters insurance but this has no deductible and saves you from any claims against your own renter's policy should something go wrong. Despite being a facility with outside access, the ground pitches away from the buildings so flooding is not an issue during Charleston monsoon season.
