- Our experience with Midgard Self Storage in Savannah was extremely disappointing. We were assured our unit would cost $94 per month, signed the contract with that understanding, and yet we were charged a higher amount every single month. After weeks of unanswered texts and emails, the rent was finally corrected — only for the next month’s bill to jump up again. The lack of transparency and poor communication was exhausting. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a climate-controlled unit, but when we came to pick up our belongings, the temperature inside was 92°F — clearly not climate-controlled as promised. Between the repeated billing issues, unresponsive service, and failure to provide the climate control we paid for, this facility has proven unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for storage.

- The location was a little hard to find because I used, Waze & Apple Maps. The facility is not in the location those two apps stated. The only app to get you directly there is Google Maps. After finally finding the location, I was able to access it after hours and pull up in front of the unit. However I did not find the lock that was supposed to be in the unit, luckily there was a place close to purchase one. I left a message about the lock and was able to get it during business hours. The unit is the right size for my needs. Theresa is very helpful and friendly, Everything else is fine.
