- Just moved from out of state . Storage staff helpful, storage unit was clean and the property is in good shape.. The gates stay open at all times, this I do not like .. I expected a secured facility, and it could be one, I have a gate code and don't mind having to use it every time I come ... That's what I paid for actually . But for whatever reason the gate is just left open at all times, so anytime can drive right in.. more they do have cameras, to but that really just records a problem if one occurs if it happens in their view. But it does very little to prevent a problem... There is electric service to reach building obviously to run the camera system, but no electrical socket in unit or even a light bulb.. so no lights... Those are the only two things I wish were different.. otherwise, I'm good with the rate and the location etc. Staff member I met answered all questions, checked unit and made sure it was good with me when I arrived, and I was able to supply my own lock, not forced to buy one from the company.. but did have the option at a reasonable price..
