- I hate giving bad reviews, but sometimes it feels like a duty, right? TLDR; unreliable and unorganized over several visits, not worth the trouble. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt with our first rocky interaction. We signed up for a space, called ahead to check that our arrival time would work and what we needed to bring, all good. We get there within the timeframe we confirmed on the phone, and a woman I believe was the manager was sitting in her car smoking out front. No biggie, of course, except she informed us she was leaving for her lunch break, and no one would be available to help us check in for 'at least an hour.' We argued back and forth a bit as we had called ahead and were in a time crunch, and eventually she ended up helping us. Great, we moved past it and ended with smiles all around. However, today we needed to get a larger unit, which of course requires checking in at the office again and all. Called ahead to confirm times, but when we get there within the times confirmed, the office is dark and locked up. It is about 10am- not what I would expect lunch time to be, plus again, we had confirmed our arrival window. Super inconvenient, as we were once again working in specific time window, so we moved to one of the much more responsive storage spots in the area and had no trouble, even with a last-minute request.

- So far, I can only speak of the move in experience. I reserved a spot online. Was called approximately one hour later to confirm. I let them know when I would be in and when I arrived, I was greeted courteously and professionally. They were expecting my arrival and the process to get set up was super easy. Place is clean as a whistle. 2 things I could recommend improvement on. 1. I am not certain that the person that greeted me ever provided me their name. That would be helpful. 2. When setting up the contract, please provide info about the lock and the cost of the lock. Instead, the lock was just cut out of the packaging and added to my total. Of course I was going to buy it no matter what as it is a necessity, but would have been nice to know what you charge for it and are there alternative options for purchase. Some people are on a budget. I haven't started moving my stuff in yet, but will assume that process will be as seamless as getting it rented.

- Sparefoot did not let me know that a five-by-five is actually $69 a month no matter what their site says it is not $49 a month and you have to buy your own insurance or they'll provide some for you a lot more expensive than it says on your website but when I got to the storage facility the person was helpful in nice and I decide to move right in

- Avi at the front desk is so helpful and accommodated my needs in short notice! I moved here out of state with only an hour to find a storage unit and I'm so glad I found this location. I used it for a month, but it helped me out so much. There are honest people working here, which is refreshing when there are so many shadies out there trying to scam people.
