- If I could give Floyd the customer service agent at this location a million stars for his service I would. He was so nice and very informative. He even took me on the golf cart to see the unit to make sure it was what I needed before I signed the contract. He explained the details of the contract to me so I knew what I was signing. The lobby was clean and tidy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great unit and great service

- The light in our unit isnt' working, and we didnt' realize the issue until we needed a light. lol Also the floors couldve been swept alot alot better, I would gladly sweep them if had acess to a floor broom, but everytime Ive gone to facility there is no one there. Overall it's a decent convenient storage facility.

Anyway, here goes…….”Kelley, I hope that was her name! was great & super knowledgeable & helped me so much as far as deciding what space size that I needed & she was a great comfort in that she took a lot of the stress & anxiety that I was feeling away & I feel like I met someone who is a genuine & caring person. I am very happy with the deal that she had going on on the size I needed. I called many other places & no other place even compared to the rate & size that I got with her. I’ve only written 2 other reviews over the past 15-17 yrs. It’s becoming more & more rare that we come across such excellent customer service!
