- Storage facility was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. But I think the facility ( indoor) should require customers to enter personal pass code for entry into bldg. Our unit is down one of the short hallways and I watched a customer leave back doors open and leave. This leaves facility open for criminals. Security needs to be improved.

- Customer service was not great with my move. I reserved a first floor unit. They told me it would not be taken. Then when I called to pay for it they gave it away. I called on Monday and the day after I called to pay for it. Then I called to talk to them again and the woman told me it was on the first floor not the second. I wanted a first floor unit because I physically struggle to move things. I'm not happy with customer service.
