- Kent Office was closed during operating hours, gate code given was incorrect, gate at Loomis Parkway is broken. You have to climb over gate to get out. The pavement at Loomis is in terrible condition. Will not be using SROA again.

- Customer service was not great with my move. I reserved a first floor unit. They told me it would not be taken. Then when I called to pay for it they gave it away. I called on Monday and the day after I called to pay for it. Then I called to talk to them again and the woman told me it was on the first floor not the second. I wanted a first floor unit because I physically struggle to move things. I'm not happy with customer service.

Arrived, checked in at office, got the lock and unloaded the three vehicles into clean space without any difficulties.
