- Customer service was not great with my move. I reserved a first floor unit. They told me it would not be taken. Then when I called to pay for it they gave it away. I called on Monday and the day after I called to pay for it. Then I called to talk to them again and the woman told me it was on the first floor not the second. I wanted a first floor unit because I physically struggle to move things. I'm not happy with customer service.

- 1. Price increased from $143 to $175 back in December, but that was doable. 2. Emptied the unit almost one year later, and the roof had leaked. Had to throw out three chairs, a queen mattress with a split foundation, and a couple of twin xl mattresses. When you sign the lease, you sign off on water/ mold damage and so there is no legal recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!
