- Check-in process was quick and easy. I rented a 5'x5'x4' storage unit, and it was perfect for my needs - 1 bedroom apt worth of boxes, no furniture. The unit itself was higher than expected - it had to be accessed with a step ladder. If you are looking for a 5x5 unit, ask if you can get a low access unit. If all they have is a high access unit, try to avoid storing heavy items as it is a challenge to get it up to the unit on the step ladder. Other than that, the place is clean, and rates seem competitive with other storage places in the area.

- Emily and Jazmin were great. I am handicap, that said the staff helped me get a unit on the first floor next to the entry door and assisted me in how to use the lock and storing some items. The place is very clean, nice lighting, conveniently located and with handicap parking next to the entry doors. The staff is FANTASTIC. The girls are helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Emily and Jazmin for making my experience a delight!!!

- Hi, The units are clean and I like having the ability to get in at my convenience but in the week I've been a customer, a few things have happened that are disappointing. On Wednesday, the garage door was open all day. I went in at 830 and get unsafe given the door never closed. Further, Thursday there were a lot of people there, including a moving company. Not a single person wore a mask. The state guidelines continue to tell residents to wear masks and yet no one at the facility (except employees) had them on. There are also no signs posted... it would be appreciated and proper protocol to enforce mask wearing in the building, especially when others are losing and unloading their vehicles.

- This facility was too crowded and we couldn’t park our moving van anywhere. The manager was great and after some time she was able to get someone to move so we could park. Also, I guess this facility only has 3-4 dollies at all times so when we got there, there were no dollies available to use and we had to wait again. I was also told on the phone when booking it that I would receive a spot on the ground level that I would be able to pull up to and unload, but when I got there the manager said she’s not sure who told me that but all the units require an elevator to get to them. Again, not the fault of the manager who was great. Lastly, I’m not sure why it says you have access until 7 pm when I asked the manager and she said you have to be done moving in things by 6:30 pm. This is a serious flaw again, and caused a lot of trouble for us because it actually closes earlier than it says.
