- I have been a customer since 2008 and every year my storage payments goes up. It is too expensive. Customers like me that been for a few years should get a break, especially now with the pandemic and people like me with no job, no unemployment and no stimulus checks for almost a year. That is something that corporate should take in "CONSIDERATION". Jourdan made sure to explain to me the different box sizes and uses for them and convinced me to buy 10 boxes (1 free) when I only planned on buying about 6.
