- The facility was very clean, I was offered a very good price but although I had visited the facility personally and made a reservation, I was not kin their system when I showed up. When I returned later that day to bring my items to storage the code I was given was not working and I had to call customer service. The temporary code they gave me did not work either and they had to call the manager for him to give me an emergency code. I tried calling during office hours the next day to make sure my code was corrected but was not able to get through. I will try again today to make sure everything is corrected.

- Just rented a place May 29th 2021 and AIR conditioning NOT WORKING on the 4th floor for about 2 weeks now in the month of June 2021 where we just had a 90 degree heatwave. 80 degrees and no air on 4th floor. Terrible for people with asthma. Unacceptable for it NOT to be fixed for over 2 weeks for a brand new storage facility. Impossible to be in there and sort. What if I was storing very expensive chocolates. You want to offer good customer service, a free month extra would be a start for inconveniencing and have your help move my belongings to a floor with A/C. These type of reviews based on facts will no look good for a new facility out on review sites.

- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. Â After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Â Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. Â I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Â Disgraceful, third-rate service. Â I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.

- I twice sent in documentation that I had hundreds of thousands of dollars of insurance that covered off-premises storage. I was twice told that I would not be charged for additional insurance. I even got an apology for having to submit the documentation a second time. And guess what? I'm being charged for insurance. Now I could try to get this corrected by submitting the paperwork again. What are the chances that it will work? Clearly they just want to up their fee by charging for insurance wether it's needed or not.
