The bad news - and it could happen when reserving online - the confirmation from Public Storage via email that the unit you have reserved online on that particular date is "reserved" for you can be misleading. Unfortunately, even though you have a confirmation, and a walkin customer shows up and buys, it's first come, first serve basis and your storage confirmation is just a piece of paper. Public Storage needs to take a look at their online reservation process. Best bet, give Raymond a call!

- If you need somewhere to store items, this is the place to go. We switched from another storage facility in the area to CubeSmart. The storage areas are much brighter and cleaner. Also the accessibility is a plus. The price is very reasonable and is comparably less than the other facility in the area. We also loved the fact that there is a truck that is available for rent on the site. That saved us a lot of wasted trips back and forth.
