Review: Very friendly, helpful and efficient! I was also glad they had locks for sale that were reasonably priced. I felt good, like I wasn't being taken advantage of. Usually, organizations take advantage of people by overcharging for things like that and it makes me feel as if I'm being manipulated. And so, I happily purchased the lock and felt like this was an organization that did not try to take advantage of people. It was a good start to my first time using a self-storage facility.

Review: The movers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Cortlandt didn’t charge a security deposit like other places. The facility provides climate controlled units, 24/7 access as well as 24/7 security and surveillance at no extra cost. They offered a free move which was a huge cost savings. The grounds were very nice and the facility was really clean.
