- The process was quick, the space accessible and the right size. Tracy, the customer service rep was helpful and unhand to answer any and all questions. Like all things in life I wish it were cheaper, but that is not a failing of the company, just my wallet. You do have to pay for insurance monthly which is not a listed cost when you sign up, but they do give you some nice deals on the outset. Over all it is worth it.
