On that score CubeSmart on Fremont Road in East Syracuse New York comes in first place in my book. The branch manager, Cheryl and her co-worker and colleague Tiffany are good at their jobs. Personable, efficient and just great people to deal with. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location and this staff to anyone who's in need of storage lockers, individual units and or outdoor storage, RVs trailers, boats, vehicles, etc. In short, two thumbs up!

She walked me through all of the paperwork with friendly conversation throughout. She showed me the storage locker which was clean and the door was in good condition and explained the entrance code.
