- The store was supposed to be open 8-2. I got there at 8:05 and the store was closed and no one was around. The employee did not show up till 8:30. I also was never told about the $25 administrative fee until I went into pay for my unit. The employee had told me that I should have been told about the fee when they called to confirm my move in date. The customer service at this store needs some definite improvement.

- We have rented twice at this facility and both times the staff has gone above and beyond. First time they noticed right away on one of their security cameras that we hadn't locked the rolling door on our outside unit correctly. So glad they caught that or we could have ended up coming back to an empty storage locker. The second time my son was renting by himself and was having some problems with access which they resolved immediately remotely but then, without asking and despite that it was 10 minutes after the office had closed, they went down to make sure everything was okay with him. Just can't say enough about the customer service here!
