When I called she offered to walk the grounds to see if it fell out of my pocket while moving my things in. In the meantime I located my card in my purse. Then fifteen minutes later I received a phone call from Kathy at the office telling me she checked the grounds and was not able to find it. I informed her I had located it a few minutes earlier in my hand bag and we appreciated everything she had done to try and locate it for me, since I had a four hour drive still ahead of me!
