- The woman that helped me was awesome. She answered all my question honestly and to the best of her ability and she was very professional. The building is well kept and temperature controlled like promised. And also very pleased with my new 5x10 unit. The only very small unconcerned issue i have is half the ceiling in my unit is hanging a bit, no leaks though, they took pictures and sent it in so that headquarters could send someone to come fix it. That was less than a week ago but still have not heard anything yet.
